Zoughbi Zoughbi of Wi'am talks with Stewart Gillan

Stewart shares his rooftop interview with Zoughbi Zoughbi in Bethlehem, founder and director of Wi’am, the Palestinian Conflict Transformation Centre. Addressing friends and partners in the global north, he calls us to stay the course - in advocacy, support and friendship, working to end the genocide and starvation in Gaza, and partnering in the work of psychosocial support and justice on the West Bank. This for our mutual empowerment. Quoting from a letter of the Apostle Paul to the early Church in Corinth, he says, ‘We are afflicted in every way, but not crushed; perplexed, but not driven to despair; persecuted, but not forsaken; struck down, but not destroyed’ (2 Corinthians 4.8-9).
