Speaker: The Friends are delighted to be welcoming Mr Rifat Kassis, who will speak after the business of the AGM. Rifat is a member of Kairos Palestine, whose "A moment of truth: A word of faith, hope, and love from the heart of Palestinian suffering", is a call by a group of Palestinian Christians to Christians around the world to help support justice and end the illegal Israeli occupation. He is also a former staff member at WCC Middle East Desk, and former President of Defence for Children International. He co-founded the Alternative Tourism Group (ATG), a Palestinian NGO specializing in tours and pilgrimages.
